Indigenous Reconciliation and Management Controls
This research, published in the Accounting, Auditing & Accountability Journal and funded by CPA Australia’s Global Research Perspectives Program, examines how an Indigenous and a non-Indigenous organisation combined management controls to progress reconciliation through a major joint venture construction project.
Workplace Health Promotion Research
This program of research investigates how Australian universities design and implement workplace health promotion programs, published in Health Promotion International and the Journal of Higher Education Policy and Management, and featured by Research Outreach. The work builds on Dr McDonald’s accounting background, examining how organisations can better account for and invest in employee health.
